New business cards… So cute!
Can’t no body tell me @badgalriri ain’t the flyest of them all #repost
Consider this our official love letter to Solange Knowles - style icon, fashion industry sweetheart, and the embodiment of perfection itself.
You may know her primarily as Queen Bey’s lil sis (that family has an overabundance of good-looking genes, amirite?!), but apart from a shared penchant for epitomizing the word ‘fierce’, the sisters couldn’t be more different. A talented musician in her own right, the singer/songwriter/DJ infuses breezy, Motown influences into her music to produce a slightly funky and refreshing spin on standard R&B. Just try to not smile while listening to “I Decided” from her second studio album Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams (hint: it’s impossible).
But just as notable is Solange’s signature sense of style (lots of mixed prints & bold colors topped by that AMAZING fro), which has enthralled the fashion industry and street-style mavens everywhere. She was the Fall 2012 face of Madewell and is a prominent fixture on many a “Best Dressed” list. Seriously, the girl can do no wrong. A thorough scouring of the Internet of her ensembles throughout the past couple of years yields ZERO missteps. We are obsessed, and you should be too.
Click through to see some of our favorite looks! And feel free to treat this as a kind of Style Bible à la Solange. Now if only she’d pen one for real…

#ART: “FASHION FONT” BY YVETTE YANG
Paris-based korean designer, Yvette Yang, composes collage elements found from the constantly morphing fashion world and turns them into the alphabet.
She then repeats the collage project, called “Fashion Font”, twice a year for each new fashion season. It’s fun to see if you can pick out the trends from the latest season! More after the jump:
